Quin User Agreement

1. Welcome Note

This is our simple, friendly mutual agreement for using Quin. There are no complicated legal hoops to jump through - as long as you use the app responsibly, you’re all set! We don’t require any account registration or login to access all features of Quin: you can start turning your photos into geometric art immediately after downloading, with no sign-up required.

2. What You’re Free to Do

• Use all core editing features completely for free: upload any photo from your device, adjust Voronoi polygon density to match your preferred style, tweak your artwork as many times as you want until it perfectly fits your vision
• Own 100% of every geometric artwork you create using Quin: you can share it on social media, use it as custom avatars or phone wallpapers, include it in personal or commercial design projects, print it as decorative wall art, or use it for any other personal/business purpose with no attribution required
• Export all your finished works in high resolution with no hidden watermarks, for unlimited use

3. Our Promises to You

• We never store your original uploaded photos on our servers: all processing runs securely, and your original files are deleted immediately after your custom geometric artwork is generated
• Since we don’t require account sign-up, we never collect, store or share any of your personal identifiable information. Your entire usage of Quin is completely private
• We will keep optimizing our proprietary polygon generation technology to ensure every artwork you create is unique, retains the core color emotion and composition details of your original photo, and delivers the modern geometric aesthetic you love
• We will never add intrusive, interruptive ads that break your creative editing flow

4. What We Ask You to Avoid

• Please don’t use Quin to edit photos that infringe on other people’s copyright, or that contain harmful, discriminatory, abusive or illegal content that could cause harm to others
• Please don’t attempt to copy, reverse engineer, decompile or resell the Quin app or our unique geometric generation technology itself
• Please don’t use automated tools to scrape our services or overload our servers, to make sure Quin runs smoothly for all creative users

5. Creative Rights Clarification

All Quin branding, logos, app design and the custom Voronoi polygon grid technology behind the app belong to the Quin team. But every single piece of geometric art that you create using Quin belongs 100% to you, and we will never claim any ownership over your creations, or use them for any purpose without your explicit written permission.

6. Agreement Updates & Support

We may update this agreement occasionally as we roll out new features to Quin. When we do, we will post a noticeable in-app notification so you can review the changes before you continue using the app. If you have any questions, feedback, or run into any issues while using Quin, you can always reach out to our support team at the email listed at the top of this page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
